Will previous payment be adjusted on changing the plan?

Yes. Payment will be adjusted depending on if you upgrade or downgrade your plan.

Case 1: Downgrade

In case you have validity of your previous subscription, we will extend the validity of your new subscription to a period equivalent to the credits remaining from the previous subscription.

For example, you had subscribed to the Standard Plan for 1-year (worth $420) and used your account for 6 months (worth $240 as per pricing tables). You now wish to downgrade to the Lite plan. As you have $180 credits remaining ($420-$240), we will give you a Lite subscription for a total of 18 months ie. 1 Year Subscription (worth $108) and 6-month additional subscription (worth $66).

After you downgrade, simply reach out to Eric Vu at eric.vu@scanova.io and your new subscription validity will be extended.

Case 2: Upgrade

In case you have validity of your previous subscription, we:

  • Can offer a discount coupon equivalent to the credits remaining from your previous subscription. You can use this coupon during purchase of your new subscription. To get the coupon, reach out to Eric Vu at eric.vu@scanova.io before you make the upgrade
  • Can offer to extend the validity of the new subscription by a time period equivalent to the credits remaining from your previous subscription. After you upgrade, reach out to Eric Vu at eric.vu@scanova.io for extension of validity
  • Cannot offer any refunds
