How can I change my plan?

You can upgrade/downgrade your subscription plan at any give time. Here’s what you will need to do:

  1. Log in to your Scanova account
  2. Click on the Account drop-down menu from the top-right corner of the Scanova dashboard
  3. From the drop-down box, choose ‘Upgrade Plan’
  4. You will be redirected to Scanova’s pricing page
  5. Choose the plan that you need and click ‘Change Plan’ under that plan
  6. On the page that opens, select ‘Continue’ to change your plan
  7. In case of an Upgrade in subscription, you will be directed to a page where you can choose your plan
  8. and billing frequency, and make payment. Note that you can reach out to us for a discount coupon if
  9. you have validity left from your existing plan. No refunds will be made
  10. In case of Downgrade, we can extend the validity of your new plan if you have validity left from your existing plan. No refunds will be made
