What payment options do I have?

Using Scanova, you can make payment for your subscription plans using three methods:

1. Debit/Credit Card using 2Checkout Payment Gateway

This is Scanova’s default payment method. When you purchase a subscription online using your Scanova account, you will have the option of paying via debit or credit card. The following cards are accepted:

When payment is successfully made, your account will automatically be upgraded.

In case you do not wish to pay via debit or credit card OR you face any technical issues (such as non-authorization, payment gateway not accepting your bank cards, etc.), you can use Scanova’s alternate payment methods mentioned below.

2. Debit/Credit Card or Paypal wallet using Paypal Payment Gateway

In case you are unable to make a payment via our default method (i.e. via 2Checkout), you can opt to make a payment via the Paypal Payment Gateway.

Paypal allows you to make a payment using either your own Paypal account or via debit/credit card.

To make a payment via Paypal, here is what you need to do:

  1. Make a request at support@scanova.io that you wish to use Paypal to make a payment
  2. In your request, mention the Plan (Lite, Standard, Pro) you wish to subscribe to and the period of subscription (1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, or 12 Months)
  3. The Scanova team will share a Paypal link with you
  4. Using this link you can make a payment using either your own Paypal account or via debit/credit card

  1. Alternatively, if you already know the amount, you can transfer it to the Paypal account registered with the email ID: admin@scanova.io
  2. Once payment is made, Scanova will manually upgrade your account/extend account validity within 24 hours

3. Bank Transfer Directly to Scanova’s Bank Account

You can exercise this option if:

  • You are an enterprise and have a system by policy of releasing funds (vendor registration, raising invoice, generating purchase order, releasing funds only via wire transfer, etc.)
  • You are an Indian customer and wish to make a payment in INR

To make a bank account transfer, here is what you need to do:

  1. Make a request at support@scanova.io mentioning the subscription plan and the period of subscription
  2. The Scanova will team will share the bank account details and the amount to be paid
  3. Once payment is made, Scanova will manually upgrade your account/extend account validity within 24 hours
