To upgrade your plan, follow these steps:
- Login to your Scanova account
- Go your account menu on the top right corner and from the drop-down list choose Upgrade Account
- You will be redirected to the pricing page where you will have the option to Extend your existing plan or Upgrade to a new plan
- Note: If you upgrade to a new plan, your existing payment will not be adjusted unless the upgrade request is within 30 days of subscription and plan subscribed is quarterly, half-yearly, or annually. In that case reach out to the customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
