How can I upgrade my plan?

To upgrade your plan, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your Scanova account
  2. Go your account menu on the top right corner and from the drop-down list choose Upgrade Account
  3. You will be redirected to the pricing page where you will have the option to Extend your existing plan or Upgrade to a new plan
  4. Note: If you upgrade to a new plan, your existing payment will not be adjusted unless the upgrade request is within 30 days of subscription and plan subscribed is quarterly, half-yearly, or annually. In that case reach out to the customer support at support@scanova.io.

    Regarding paragraph 4: The first sentence of the paragraph should read as follows:
    If you upgrade to a new plan, your existing payment will not be adjusted unless the upgrade request is within 30 days before the end of your subscription.
